These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our software products, apps, websites and digital services, unless separate product-specific terms have been agreed for an individual service.

2. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the provider and users of the provider's digital services. They apply to free and paid offers, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Subject matter of the contract
The provider offers software products, browser extensions, web applications and other digital services. The specific scope of services, functional range and available tariffs result from the respective product page, pricing page or service description valid at the time of booking or use.
4. Registration and user account
The use of certain services may require registration or the creation of a user account. Users are obliged to keep their access data confidential and to protect them against unauthorized access by third parties.
5. Free and paid services
The provider may offer free and paid tariffs. The applicable prices, billing periods, included services and usage limits result from the respective product or pricing page.
Unless otherwise stated, free tariffs may be limited in scope or usage volume. Paid tariffs may include additional features, higher limits or extended access.
6. Conclusion of contract
A contract for paid services is concluded when the user completes the booking or subscription process and the provider accepts the booking, for example by activation of the service, confirmation by email or provision of access.
7. Payment and billing
Payment for paid services is made using the payment methods offered during checkout. Recurring tariffs may be billed monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on the selected plan.
8. Term and termination
Paid subscriptions may be cancelled by the customer using the subscription management provided for that purpose or via the payment provider, unless otherwise agreed for the respective service.
After cancellation, access generally remains active until the end of the current billing period. Afterwards, the service may end or the account may be downgraded to a free tariff, if such a tariff exists.
9. Usage rights
The provider grants the user a simple, non-transferable right to use the booked service within the agreed scope. Transfer to third parties, resale or use beyond the contractually intended purpose is not permitted unless expressly allowed.
10. Prohibited use and misuse
Users may not misuse the services, circumvent technical restrictions, use them unlawfully or impair the operation, security or availability of the services. In case of misuse, the provider may restrict or block access.
11. Availability and changes to services
The provider strives to keep the services available as continuously as possible. Temporary restrictions may occur, in particular due to maintenance, technical issues, further development or circumstances beyond the provider's control.
The provider reserves the right to reasonably modify, further develop or adapt services, provided this does not unreasonably disadvantage the user.
12. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory under statutory law. In cases of slight negligence, the provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable typical damages.
13. Data protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy.
14. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent legally permissible. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, shall be the provider's registered office.
